Our custom-built Houston bike bar holds up to 13-15 riders (depending on tour time) and comes fully loaded with a large bar, cooler, ice, cups, Drivers, and our “Trappin’ Captains” who serve as your personal hype man and party host all night long! Trill on wheels was absolutely amazing. Me and my home girl really had a great time and the driver DjDj and hype woman Smitty made our experience even better.  I will be recommending others as well as returning for another experience. Here's What You Need to Know

What’s your late policy, cancellation policy, & weather policy?

Late Policy

Private Parties: We’ll wait for you and your crew to arrive, however, your tour will still end at it’s scheduled time
Individual Seats: Arriving early/on time is highly encouraged as we cannot guarantee seats for late arrivals. If you do arrive after we’ve departed, we’ll transfer your ticket to a future ride but are not able to refund you.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Full payment is refundable up until 7 days of your tour
Within 6 days of your tour, you can reschedule to a future time & date by emailing us at info@trillonwheels.com
No refunds or rain checks will be offered within 4 hours of your tour
No-shows will not receive a refund or raincheck

Trill Trip Protection

The unexpected can happen and we want to make sure your weekend (and wallets) are minimally effected if something sudden occurs.
If you’re traveling from out of town and want a bit of extra security, sign up for our Trill Trip Protection in the case of any last-minute surprises such as:
- - Bad Weather
  - Flight Delays
  - Family Emergencies
  - Dog Died

You’ll get 100% of your trip purchase refunded (minus booking fees) if redeemed – you must provide at least a 1hr notice prior to your tour if redeeming

Weather Policy

The party never stops at Trill On Wheels, but if weather conditions are deemed unsafe we we may have to cancel your tour (Bummer). Weather changes quickly here and often storms pass through the city without incident. So please dress appropriately for our unpredictable weather conditions. Do not assume your reservation is canceled unless you are contacted by a Trill On Wheels team member.
If the weather is deemed unsafe, we will cancel your tour, notify you, and issue a rain check for a future ride. If your group chooses not to ride at your own discretion, no rain checks will be issued. If you do not purchase Trill Trip Protection, you are only eligible for a raincheck, not a refund.
If weather conditions cause us to cut more than 15 minutes into your tour time we will cancel your ride and issue a raincheck for a future ride. We cannot offer reimbursements for costs to customers outside of our experience including but not limited to Lyfts or cabs, lodging, etc.

Unpredictable Cancellations

Sh** happens, and some things are out of our control (vehicle malfunctions, labor shortages, street closures, etc.). We may have to cancel your tour in these cases but no worries. A rain check or refund for you and your crew will be offered for a future tour.

Do we really have to pedal?

Nope, zero pedaling required! Trill On Wheels is 100% motorized, so wear whatever you want (yes, even the heels) and save your energy for dancing, singing, and vibing with your crew. We’re still the easiest, most fun ride in Houston — the motor does all the work.

How long is the ride?

You can expect to hang with us for approximately 2 hours.

2 hours on the bike, is this a Spin class or nah?

Not even close! Your 2-hour tour will include check-in, 2 bar stops, and your party exit — and it’s 100% motorized the whole way. Zero pedaling required, so you can save that energy for dancing and singing instead.

Where will we go? What will we see?

Our tours begin and end at our rider lounge located in Third Ward, the heart of Houston at 3900 Almeda.

During your tour, you’ll roll through some of the neighborhood’s most historic streets and learn more about Third Ward’s rich culture. While partying, of course 🙂

We’ll make two bar stops (stops depend on tour type) so you can keep the party flowing.

How many people can ride? What if I have more or less?

Whether you’re solo, a couple, or a group of 13-15, we have you covered! If you’re not booking a private party, we’ll match you with other riders for you all to connect and hopefully make some new friends :). If you have more than 15 riders, check out our Big A** Group Tours on our booking page!

There are 5-6 bike seats on each side of our vehicles, and three people can fit along the back bench (a total of 13-15 seats available). Not every tour can accommodate up to 15; only our R&B and Brunch Tours.

Seating type on a public tour is NOT guaranteed. Our staff will sit you accordingly. Capacity depends on your tour time as we have different bikes assigned to different times.

Just a heads up, if less than six people have booked at your tour time, there maybe a chance your tour won’t happen, unfortunately. But no worries, if this does happen, we will contact you and either reschedule you or give you a full refund.

Booking

Online bookings only, so sorry, no tour can be booked over the phone! Our calendar is always updated so you’ll always see our latest availability. Tour availability can only be found on our website, but feel free to reach out by phone or email if you had additional questions.

In the words of the legendary Lil Keke, “It’s Going Down, and you know It’s Going Down”! We’ve curated one of the most immersive hip-hop experiences this city has ever seen and you’re our VIP.

Trill On Wheels is the ultimate BYOB, 100% motorized, eco-friendly, club hopping, Hip-Hop party on wheels for up to 13 people at a time! Simply bring the drinks of your choice (no glass bottles please) and good vibes, and we’ll provide the rest. During your tour, you’ll roll to a masterfully mixed playlist filled with Houston Hip-Hop and R&B hits. You and your crew crew will compete for prizes in our Trill Trivia competition and you’ll get test out those freestyle skills with our version of Trap Karaoke.

We’ll make stops along the way at two of our bar partners for you to refuel and stretch those legs out. Gotta stay “hydrated” right? And you’re going to be amazed by the level of detail we’ve put in our bike! From the LED lighting that pumps to the bass, to the bangin’ sound system, to pay homage to Houston Car Culture…riding has never been this fly.
