Late Policy
- Private Parties: We’ll wait for you and your crew to arrive, however, your tour will still end at it’s scheduled time
- Individual Seats: Arriving early/on time is highly encouraged as we cannot guarantee seats for late arrivals. If you do arrive after we’ve departed, we’ll transfer your ticket to a future ride but are not able to refund you.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
- Full payment is refundable up until 7 days of your tour
- Within 6 days of your tour, you can reschedule to a future time & date by emailing us at info@trillonwheels.com
- No refunds or rain checks will be offered within 4 hours of your tour
- No-shows will not receive a refund or raincheck
Weather Policy
Rain or shine, we ride. The party never stops at Trill On Wheels, and unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe we will continue to swang. Weather changes quickly here and often storms pass through the city without incident. But please dress appropriately for our unpredictable weather conditions. Do not assume your reservation is canceled unless you are contacted by a Trill On Wheels team member.
If the weather is deemed unsafe, we will cancel your tour, notify you, and issue a rain check for a future ride. If your group chooses not to ride at your own discretion, no rain checks will be issued.
- If weather conditions cause us to cut more than 15 minutes into your tour time we will cancel your ride and issue a raincheck for a future ride. We cannot offer reimbursements for costs to customers outside of our experience including but not limited to Lyfts or cabs, lodging, etc.
Unpredictable Cancellations
- Sh** happens, and some things are out of our control (vehicle malfunctions, labor shortages, street closures, etc.). We may have to cancel your tour in these cases but no worries. A rain check or refund for you and your crew will be offered for a future tour.
LATE POLICY
Private Reservation: We will wait for you, however, your ride will still end at the scheduled time.
Public Reservation: If you don’t arrive at your scheduled check-in time, there’s a big chance you will not be able to ride. Everyone must go through a complete check-in and boarding process and if you miss it, we have to start all over again, pushing back the time of the departure and cutting into the other groups’ party time. We know it sounds strict but if the situation was reversed you wouldn’t want to lose party time because of others. Please plan ahead, be respectful and on time!
CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY
- Cancellations made within 7 days of tour date will be refunded with a 50% Cancellation Fee. No-shows will not receive a refund.
A rebooking fee of $100 will be charged if you choose to change your reservation within 24 hours of your ride.
Absolutely no exceptions will be made to this policy, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID.
If your reservation is rescheduled, we cannot reschedule a second time.
WEATHER and WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Rain or shine, we ride. The party never stops at Sprocket Rocket, and unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe we will be throwing down in the streets.
Weather changes quickly here and often storms end up passing around the city. Please dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions.
Do not assume your reservation is canceled unless you are contacted by a Sprocket Rocket team member.
If at any point we cancel your ride you will receive a refund, however, if your group chooses not to ride, no refund will be issued.
We will do our best to reschedule you if possible for both you and us.
Rides cancelled before they depart the lot will receive a 100% refund. All other rides we cancel will receive a prorated refund.
If weather conditions cause us to cut more than 15 minutes into your pedal time we will cancel your ride.
Rain refunds take 3-5 business days to process. You will receive an email regarding your refund the following business day.
*Please remember that your reservation time is your check-in time, not the time you start pedaling. Please anticipate arriving even if it is raining at the time of your check-in.
UNPREDICTABLE CANCELLATIONS
When accidents happen that are out of our control we will do our best to accommodate all parties. We do a very high volume of rides and when one ride gets set back, it sets them all back. Therefore, we may have to cancel rides when something happens such as this to get things back on track.
Weather
When it’s unsafe to be on the road we will not take our bikes out as we will not jeopardize our guests or our staff. Unfortunately, rain is unpredictable and often times the sky will burst open without warning and just as often it passes in less than 15 minutes. We understand this can be frustrating to our guests. Please remember that when this happens we are doing our very best to accommodate/reschedule/cancel/refund, etc. upwards of 130 people at a time.
We will only cancel the rides we have to. Rides will continue after conditions improve.
Oftentimes we are sold out for the weekend and unable to reschedule most parties. We cannot move other guests’ reservations to accommodate the ones that were rained out.
We cannot offer reimbursements for costs to customers outside of our company including but not limited to Lyfts or cabs, alcohol, merchandise. etc.
Machinery
When a mechanical error happens on a bike we are sometimes unable to fix the problem on the spot. There will be times where we have to take the bike apart to fix it and there will be times where we have to cancel the rides on the bike that whole day. We understand this can be very frustrating to our guests. Please remember that this is out of our control and accidents happen just as it could to your car, or even your flight.
Sprocket Rocket staffs an on-site mechanic and he will always do his best to fix bike issues in a timely fashion. More often than not, if the bike does have an issue it’s a simple fix and we do not have to make any cancellations.
We will only cancel the rides we absolutely have to. Rides will continue after the bike is fixed, inspected and approved to continue work.
Oftentimes we are sold out for the weekend and unable to reschedule most parties. We cannot move other guests’ reservations to accommodate the ones that got cancelled for a mechanical error.
Booking
- Online bookings only, so sorry, no tour can be booked over the phone! Our calendar is always updated so you’ll always see our latest availability. Tour availability can only be found on our website, but feel free to reach out by phone or email if you had additional questions.
Your Tour Experience
In the words of the legendary Lil Keke, “It’s Going Down, and you know It’s Going Down”! We’ve curated one of the most immersive hip-hop experiences this city has ever seen and you’re our VIP.
Trill On Wheels is the ultimate BYOB, pedal-powered, eco-friendly, club hopping, Hip-Hop party on wheels for up to 13 people at a time! Simply bring the drinks of your choice (no glass bottles please) and good vibes, and we’ll provide the rest. During your tour, you’ll pedal to a masterfully mixed playlist filled with Houston Hip-Hop and R&B hits. You and your crew crew will compete for prizes in our Trill Trivia competition and you’ll get test out those freestyle skills with our version of Trap Karaoke.
We’ll make stops along the way at two of our bar partners for you to refuel and stretch those legs out. Gotta stay “hydrated” right? And you’re going to be amazed by the level of detail we’ve put in our bike! From the LED lighting that pumps to the bass, to the bangin’ sound system, to pay homage to Houston Car Culture…pedaling has never been this fly.
Whether you’re solo, a couple, or a group of 13-15, we have you covered! If you’re not booking a private party, we’ll match you with other riders for you all to connect and hopefully make some new friends 🙂
There are 5-6 bike seats on each side of our vehicles and three people can fit along the backbench (total of 13-15 seats available). Seating type on a public tour is NOT guaranteed. Our staff will sit you accordingly. Capacity depends on your tour time as we have different bikes assigned to different times.
Just a heads up, if less than six people have booked at your tour time, there maybe a chance your tour won’t happen, unfortunately. But no worries, if this does happen, we will contact you and either reschedule you or give you a full refund.
Each tour will be hosted by our Trill Pilot (Party Bike Driver) & our Trappin’ Captain (Party Host).
Our driver will safely navigate our bike along the tour while our party host will keep things lit!
Yes! Advance purchase will always be required.
Tickets can be purchased online only. We advise booking as far in advance as possible for your group as we tend to sell out months in advance.
We do not have a waitlist or cancellation list. Please refer to our schedule for updated availability.
Our tours begin and end at our rider lounge located in Third Ward, the heart of Houston at 2602 Blodgett.
During your tour, you’ll pedal on some of the neighborhoods most historic streets and learn more about Third Ward’s rich culture. While partying, of course 🙂
We’ll make two bar stops at the legendary Bar 5015 & The Savoy Ice House! Check out our full tour route here.
Yep! So leave those Crocs and Stilettos in your closet. It’s pedaling time…
But here’s the deal, we know why you’re here. And breaking a sweat isn’t one of those reasons. That’s why we’ve equipped our bike with an unique electric assist motor which will push us along our route. While we’ll still need you to pump those legs a little along the way, our motor makes pedaling super easy.
We’re the best Party Bike in Houston and also the easiest to pedal!
You can expect to hang with us for approximately 2 hours.
2 hours of pedaling, is this a Spin class or nah?
Your 2-hour tour will include check-in, 2 bar stops, and your party exit. So you’ll actually only be pedaling for around 45 minutes or so! Just enough to get that heart rate up but not enough to sweat out those edges.
YOUR ENTIRE RIDE IS APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR & 35 MINUTES FROM YOUR CHECK-IN TIME TO YOUR DROP OFF.
What does this mean?
You can expect your ride and pedaling experience to be one full hour (believe us, pedaling for an hour is a darn good workout). The remaining time is broken up between checking in and loading the bike. 30 minutes into the ride, the bike stops to give everyone a 15-minute break to stretch your legs, take some group photos with your cellphones, and use the restroom. Once everyone is loaded up the second half of the ride begins.

BYOB – No Glass Containers allowed
This means get drinks BEFORE you check in. We highly recommend getting your choice of beverages the day before your ride or leave early and get something on your way. Pro-tip: Premix your drinks before arrival so you can spend more time sipping and less time looking for Sprite. We do NOT sell any drinks of any kind so please prepare accordingly or bring your wallet for our bar stops. No need to bring ice or coolers, we’ve got that covered.
For our out of state homies, Texas does not allow the sale of liquor past 9 p.m M-Sa or on Sundays. Beer & Wine is available for sale M-Su until 12 a.m.
All riders must be at least 21 years of age to ride, no exceptions! A valid driver’s license, state ID, or passport will be needed for verification at check-in.
Our bike has storage bins up top just like an airplane, only smaller. So we can store purses, wallets, small bags, umbrellas, cell phones, etc. Large coolers and suitcases will not fit on our bike so leave those in your trunk, respectfully.

Our bikes have storage bins up top just like an airplane, only smaller. We can store purses, wallets, small bags, umbrellas, cell phones, etc. Large coolers and suitcases will not fit on our bikes.YOUR WAIVER
We have electronic waivers which means your waiver can be done online from a computer or your cell phone. You do NOT have to print your waiver and bring it with you.
Yes! We keep it Trill and we always stay safe. So every single rider will need to review and sign our waiver before takeoff.
You’ll receive a copy of your waiver by email prior to your tour. Please be sure to use your full legal name, no nicknames. Everyone attending will need to fill out their own online waiver, the person making the reservation cannot fill out the waiver for everyone in their group. This is a legal document, folks.
This is a safe activity for mostly all adults. But just like riding any bike, things can get unsafe in a matter of seconds. Our team will do everything we can to ensure your safety and security, but please understand that their will be risk involved with this experience.
While falling off the bike is rare, the industry has seen riders injure themselves by standing and dancing while the bike is in motion. For that reason, all riders must remain seated at all times and we require your seat belt to be fastened.
Our bikes also come equipped with safety railings and seatbelts.
Please arrive promptly at your reservation time and account for any traffic delays.
Your reservation time is your check-in time. The sooner we can get you and your crew checked-in, the quicker we can hit the road. Our rider lounge is located behind Unity National Bank at 2602 Blodgett Houston, TX 77004. Look for our signs, can’t miss it!
Yep! We have free parking available in our lot. Please be sure to lock all valuables out of plain sight that you aren’t bringing onboard with you. Make sure your doors are locked and secured as well. While we do provide free parking, it is at your own risk. If you feel uncomfortable leaving your vehicle unattended, we suggest you utilize a Rideshare service.
Say less…fortunately we’re located next to the Blodgett Food Hall with over 25 different restaurant options so feel free to grab some grub prior to take off. We cannot allow any snacks or meals on the bike as we have limited storage and counter space.
Friendly reminder, you will be pedaling a bike. So please keep those Nike slides and those house shoes deep in your closet this time around.
Closed-toed shoes, casual/athletic attire, and sunscreen are all highly encouraged. If we feel that your shoe game may cause any concerns for your safety, we’ll give you a chance to change or refund your purchase. Safety will always be our top priority.
Also, please do not wear anything sheer/see-through as our bar partners will not allow it!
Absolutely!
Our drivers and party captains pay their rents and feed their families from your tips. So while tipping will never be mandatory, please realize that their livelihood is covered by your generosity.
But trust us, they’re going to earn your trust and every single dollar you offer by providing you with one of the dopest experiences you’ve ever had!
Feel free to bring the beverage of your choice to enhance your tour! But please remember, we will absolutely not allow any glass onto our vehicle for YOUR safety.
Most riders transfer their beverages to solo cups, a Yeti Thermos, water bottles, etc. Get as creative as you want, just leave the glass at home 🙂
Each time slot available on our booking tool is for one bike and one bike only. So if you and your crew are booking separately, please be sure that everyone books the same time/day to remove any conflicts.
We’ll do our best to remind you at the end of your tour to gather all your items before heading out. But to be clear, we are not responsible for any left or lost items on the bike.
Pro-tip: limit your items to only the necessities (Cell phone, car keys, wallet, ID, drank).
Yes! All riders must be 21 years or older and have a valid state issued ID.
No exceptions.
Unfortunately, we can only fit up to 13-15 persons at a time on our tours so we may not be able to accommodate your entire group. And yes, we only handle one tour at a time. Please let us know if you’re able to make changes on your end!
Pedaling is part of the fun and will not be an excruciating workout at all! But if you absolutely do not want to pedal, this may not be the experience for you.
Our bike does feature non-pedaling seats and a back bench for those with physical disabilities who still want to join the action. But we cannot gaurantee those seats during a public ride as other groups may have those same needs.
If you or anyone in your group has a physical disability, please let us know at booking and at arrival so our team can do our best to accommodate.
No, full payment must be made at booking. No partial payments or deposits will be accepted.
For your safety and comfort, we’ve placed a weight limit of 275 pounds for each rider on our bike.
First off, congrats on the bundle of joy! We love our Trill Babies 🙂
Secondly, we’re not OBGYN’s so we’ll leave that decision to your discretion. Please consult with a medical professional before purchasing your ticket. We want you to make an informed decision before you join us.
Have you seen our bike? Trust us, the bike is decorated more than enough as is!
However, we do suggest you coordinate those outfits. Matching shirts, has, colors, etc.
The best dressed groups get featured on our Instagram & Tik Tok so come ready!
Unfortunately no, for several liability reasons. But we can offer you a rain check or refund which will allow for your seat to be repurchased by a friend 🙂
Well we’ve got answers.
Before you take off, your party captain will give you a run down of our expectations and safety guidelines once more. But if you have any questions not covered on this page, feel free to call or chat us!
