Think of it as a 2-4 hour customizable team building experience on wheels. The tour starts at the Trill Rider Lounge at 3900 Almeda. Your Trappin Captain kicks things off with the Houston hip-hop playlist, and the vibes go up from there!

Need a home base before or after the ride? Our private event space at the Trill Rider Lounge comes equipped with Audio/Visual capabilities for presentations, awards, or team meetings. Guests must be 21 years of age or older and must provide a valid driver’s license or government-issued ID
The Flow:
- Pull up early and hang out at our Trill Rider Lounge. This is a great time to get those perfect "pre-ride" pics on our 20-foot Houston mural (the Instagram shot everyone's taking), hit the photo booth, charge your phone, freshen up with our makeup mirrors, and grab a drink before your tour.
- Before check-in, this is a great time to host any team huddles or give your group a congrats for being awesome. Have those waivers already signed and IDs on deck, and we'll be on our way.
- Icebreakers and Team-Bonding Activities will get the blood flowing. Then we'll go through some Pre-Flight (or Pre-Bike) instructions, stretch those knees out, and we're pedaling away!
- Your tour will include singing, dancing, and the good vibes you've heard all about. We'll make our determined stops to eat, drink, and learn about what makes Houston, Houston. And as the standard, gotta throw in some Trill Trivia and Trap Karaoke.
- Once we've worn you all the way out, we'll send you back to your office with a smile. Text us when you make it home, ok? 😜
Important Notes
- Pedaling is NOT required. Our tours are 100% motorized. This is the big one for corporate groups. Every team has guests of all fitness levels. Everyone rides comfortably. Everyone participates fully
- All-inclusive. No surprise add-ons or hidden fees. One price covers everything

Our bikes are motoized but we're still on a bike lol. So please keep the suits, cardigans, and khakis at home

- Bring a great attitude and an open mind! But please also bring the following:
- Your beverage(s) of choice (our tours are 100% BYOB if you'd like to indulge)
- A state-issued ID or your Passport
- Dress to impress! (We love matching outfits and themes)

- Any glass bottles of any kind (please transfer to any non-glass containers)
- Slides, slippers, Crocs, or any open-toed shoes or heels
- Any see-through or sheer clothing - No loungewear or sleepwear

Cancellation Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
- Full refund available if cancelled 14 or more days before your event date.
- Cancellations within 7-13 days of your event will forfeit the deposit but may reschedule to a future date within 90 days.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable with no reschedule option.
- Group size changes must be submitted at least 7 days before your event. Changes within 7 days cannot be guaranteed.
- If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, Trill On Wheels will work with your team to reschedule at no additional cost.

Can Trill For Teams accommodate large groups or multiple departments?
Absolutely! We have packages that can scale up to 54 riders across multiple bikes rolling together through the city. For groups larger than 54, we can run back-to-back tours on the same day. Our Keynote Corporate Package lets you build the exact experience your organization needs, whether that’s a single department outing or a company-wide event. Do you offer alcohol-free options for corporate tours?
Yes! We call it the Culture Route. Instead of bar stops, your team visits cultural landmarks, local bookstores, coffee shops, community centers, and restaurants with a focus on food and storytelling. The Culture Route is popular with government agencies, healthcare teams, education organizations, faith-based groups, and any company with alcohol-free event policies. We can also add a community service stop at the Shape Community Center as part of the Culture Route. No other corporate team building company in Houston offers a built-in CSR experience. We are proudly MBE, SBE, WBE, and HUB certified, and our team is also trained in First Aid and CPR. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance and certification documentation during the planning process.
